Altered genius brewing co. is a craft brewery in Ambridge, PA. Considerable time and effort has been dedicated towards the rehabilitation of a former hot dog shoppe and barber school and its conversion into a 10bbl production facility and an inviting pub space. We selectively self-distribute and have our beer available at a few locations in the Pittsburgh area.

Our business is a collaboration of three families bringing you outstanding beer and a great environment in which you can enjoy that beer with family and friends.​

Our trio of families include Donnie and Becky and their two boys, Mike and Shannon and their three girls, and Kerri and Ken and their two girls. We all value family and want to provide an environment that welcomes you and yours.​

Featuring an extensive menu with appetizers, salads, dinners, burgers, and sandwiches, our signature homemade Grape Leaves, and the Johnny's Cheese Steak Sandwich, which has been a family specialty for over 40 years.

We also offer Daily Food Specials ranging from a wide variety of Homemade Lasagna on Wednesday's, Greek Dishes on Thursday's to wing specials on Sunday's.
