Iron Rite Barbershop

John, a Detroit-native, moved to Pittsburgh in 2015 to be with his wife, Carly, and to attend barber school. Several years ago, while driving through Ambridge, he saw an old sign on a building that said Iron Rite. Immediately, he knew that someday that would be the name of his barber shop. Fast forward to the present, that same old sign now hangs inside Iron Rite Barbershop.

Believing that a barber shop experience should be more than just a haircut, and operating from the tag line “Iron Sharpens Iron”, he feels strongly in the relationship aspect of being a barber. John not only wants Iron Rite to be a place for a great haircut, but also a place where people can hang out and have some great conversation. Hoping to host several events that will give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of others, more than anything, John wants Iron Rite to be much more than just your average barber shop.
