Valerie Pedigo
President
Valerie earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in International Business & Economics, Japanese, and Spanish from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH and has completed work toward a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce, TX.

In business for herself as a consultant and real estate investor, she has many years of experience encouraging and demonstrating the entrepreneurial spirit.
​
For the past 15 years, she has also held various roles in the financial services industry.
​
She has resided in Western PA with her family for almost 10 years, with the last 5 in Ambridge, PA.
Valerie is extremely active in the community, serving on the Board of the Ambridge Regional Chamber of Commerce, elected School Board Director for the Ambridge Area School District, and many other local committees focused on the development of Beaver County and the Pittsburgh region as a whole.
Mike Hytla
Vice President
Michael specializes in helping individuals and small businesses achieve financial security. As a Regional
Vice President of Primerica, Michael is responsible for recruiting, training and leading a successful team of entrepreneurial agents in Western PA, West Virginia, and Ohio. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michael has helped hundreds of individuals and families become properly protected, debt free and financially independent.
Michael is passionate about helping people achieve financial security. Through coaching and a
commitment to education he has helped hundreds of people become debt free and financially
independent.
In addition to helping people achieve financial security, Michael’s other passion is helping people
succeed in business. That same commitment to coaching and education has helped many of his
teammates achieve their dream of running a successful business. He also volunteers his time at a local small business incubator, coaching others to achieve the dream of owning a small business.
He has been married to his college sweetheart for 30 years. He and Michelle have four unbelievable
children, and 4 incredible grandchildren!
Scott Monit
Treasurer
Scott is the owner of The Brown Dog Sign Company, located in Ambridge. He has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and has worked in that capacity locally for organizations such as for Heritage Valley Health System, PGT Trucking and the Community College of Beaver County.
Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Dayton and a Master’s of Business Administration from Point Park University.
Scott is married and has three children and is an avid runner and golfer.
Chris Bendick
Board Member
Chris is Co-owner and Manager at Fermata Brewing Company, helping create community gatherings and supporting local artists.
He is also Safety Manager at BCI Steel and on the Board of Directors at Jambridge Festivals Inc., providing an annual free community street festival open to the public!
