Valerie earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in International Business & Economics, Japanese, and Spanish from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH and has completed work toward a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce, TX.
In business for herself as a consultant and real estate investor, she has many years of experience encouraging and demonstrating the entrepreneurial spirit.
For the past 15 years, she has also held various roles in the financial services industry.
She has resided in Western PA with her family for almost 10 years, with the last 5 in Ambridge, PA.
Valerie is extremely active in the community, serving on the Board of the Ambridge Regional Chamber of Commerce, elected School Board Director for the Ambridge Area School District, and many other local committees focused on the development of Beaver County and the Pittsburgh region as a whole.
Amy has always lived and worked in Beaver County, born and raised in Rochester, now living in Monaca with her husband, Bill, and just down the street from her daughter and son-in-law.
She enjoys being outdoors: hiking, fishing or just spending time with her family. Amy started her career in banking over 20 years ago as a part- time teller at Huntington Bank and has been the branch manager since 2015.
She has had the opportunity to help many people with their finances, seen businesses grow, and have gotten to know so many great people and value every one of them.
Amy is excited to see what the future holds for Ambridge and proud to be part of a group that promotes growth and opportunity for local businesses as well as the community.
Scott is the owner of The Brown Dog Sign Company, located in Ambridge. He has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and has worked in that capacity locally for organizations such as for Heritage Valley Health System, PGT Trucking and the Community College of Beaver County.
Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Dayton and a Master’s of Business Administration from Point Park University.
Scott is married and has three children and is an avid runner and golfer.
Jim is the owner of 1201 Ventures, a commercial real estate investment and development firm.
A native of Pittsburgh, Jim was a commercial bankruptcy and financial restructuring lawyer for 15 years.
From 2013-2020, Jim was involved in a large industrial brownfield redevelopment in the northern panhandle of West Virginia, receiving the West Virginia Brownfields Association Environmental Impact Award in 2017.
Beginning in 2019, Jim began investing in commercial properties in Ambridge, focusing on value-add projects that can serve as community redevelopment catalysts.
