Borough of Leetsdale

The Borough of Leetsdale is located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, approximately 11 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. It is located on the major waterway of the Ohio River and bisected by both the Norfolk Southern Railroad and Route 65.

Leetsdale, a small borough of roughly 1200 residents, was incorporated on March 28, 1904 and is 1.1 squares mile in size.

It is home to two industrial parks that contain 200+ businesses ranging from manufacturing to offices, and a supermarket plaza with with a major food store and other services.

Its main residential area is a dense suburban development, with Beaver St. providing a walking continuum through neighbouring municipalities and a bus route downtown. Leetsdale is an attractive home to working families and retirees with affordable housing in a top-rated school district.
